Landing page

On a Boot Camp, in a group, we created a Landing Page for an urban mobility app.

Urban mobility

First of all we did a benchmark to map urban mobility apps, so we could understand the market, what they do and how they do. After that we could do a brainstorm with all our ideas and potential innovations that we could have in our solution.

So, we did a research with users from the apps to discover if our ideas were relevant or not and explore new ideias talking with different people. It was fundamental listening to active users and understanding their experience, problems and expectations to validate if our brainstorm was making sense or not.

Then we defined who was our persona using an empathy mapping, that helped us to understand what they feel, think, listen and do or say, also we could make a list with frustration that they had at that point, and another one with wins that they would have with our app. So, we could assure our goals, solutions and differentiations in the project and we started drawing our prototype.

Beginning our prototype, we used our insights to started to think about features that we should have in order to make our persona happy and satisfied with our service. We used the technique "How might we..." so we could focus on the solutions. Lots of ideas started to be developed and we draw our MVP.

We did a new research with users, at this time only with the ones that matched with our persona to validate our MVP and make adjustments, so we could draw our high fidelity prototype.
